The Villa is ideally located in the quiet suburb of Virtudes.

Shops are 5 - 10 mins walk away from the house and there is a large well-stocked supermarket (SA) with its own offroad parking, a florist shop, hairdresser, stationers and drycleaners/laundry in the same complex. Across the road there is a baker and pharmacy.

There are 2 banks, Milennium and Caixa Geral de Depositos, plus several atms, one actually in the supermarket complex. In another shopping area downhill from the supermarket, about 5 mins walk, there is a pharmacy, post office and smaller supermarket.

Closest beach is Praia Fromosa - a 5 minute car ride away.
